Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Indianapolis East, IN

I don't understand why this hotel is rated with lower stars. From the time I walked in and was greeted by the lovely Mary, who goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and happy; it has been a wonderful experience. The buffet breakfast was great as well. Our room was spacious and Super clean.

Had an excellent stay thanks to Mary at the front desk, she got us checked in with a smile and answered any questions we had. The other staff were nice too. We stayed one night and left, but came back and stay 3 more days because the way we were treated. The breakfast was good and the price was great! Thanks for taking such good care of us Mary.

The hotel is empty however they put us in the absolute farthest room... We arrived late at night, and had to walk around the lobby to the rooms, then go all the way down that hallway remember then turn left and walk another hundred yards down that hallway to the very last room (201). Again the hotel was empty and we could have gotten a room right up front... I have to questioning the next day why, The response was there fully booked the next night... We actually left very early. So not only do we have to walk a long way to the room but now the house cleaners also had to walk along the way to go clean the room. Probably a poor management decision In anticipation for the next nights guests. Rooms: Very nice rooms. However the bathroom I would rate as a one star. Really needs fixing up. Such a huge contrast between the room looking nice and new and modern and the rundown dingy bathroom...
