IU Health Physicians Family & Internal Medicine - East Washington

The quality of service has really gone down within the past year. At East Washington, you call, and no one ever picks up. Today, I was on hold for over 20 minutes (this was not the first time). Our doctor retired in April, and no one in medical returns calls or responds to pharmacy requests. So very frustrating. It maybe time to find a new medical provider.

This dr office is worthless .. my fianc got pneumonia and was treated but still having severe chest pains and nausea and they are trying to tell him he is fine .. he has asthma and keep prescribing the wrong inhaler so it is not helping either case at all .. you call and try to speak to a dr and everyone at the counter cant do this & cant do that & now my fianc has lung damage because they will not treat him properly. Mind you this his PRIMARY dr. I highly recommend not going to this dr office if there is something wrong that you need to be treated for or even for a check up. Unethical and lazy!
