Honestly, I never thought in a million years a hospital would be this terrible. I recently just had colon surgery and the people that are supposed to be doctors, nurses, and administrators have flat out let me down. The professionalism is out the window, and it's troubling to know that this hospital is ran in such a negative way. Patients are there for their expertise and help, but instead they treat you as if you just don't matter. Folks please don't believe the commercials where they say this is where skill is built along with people who care, because that's a LIE !!!

I recently valeted my car at the Simon Cancer Center in Indianapolis. While it was in the hands of the Valet company one of their employees stole money out of my glove box! I finally got in touch with someone to file a complaint. It wasnt easy getting in touch with anyone! Several days later I got a phone call from their insurance company. The insurance company said that Denison Parking did not have theft insurance and I should contact my insurance company! I will not be doing that. I will not use them again. Neither should you!

This hospital ruined my life. I was pushed into a surgery that Ive since been told I should never have had. They refused to acknowledge my clotting condition leading me to develop portal mesenteric and hepatic vein thrombosis. Now Im facing a multivisceral organ transplant to correct the issues they created!!! In constant pain and can no longer function. Prior I had almost no issues and my condition was under control. I came to them for medication not a huge surgery. Double check and dont trust them.

Everytime I come here the reception in Infusion center before suite A is extremely slow at the infusion center she is rude and does not have a handle on things It's exhausting to have to come here and deal with people who do not know how to do thier job and purposely wreck people's days it's valentines day amd we dealing with a unprofessional person pleeeeeease replace her. I come back in 3 months please let her be gone.
