image After going to various colleges for over 10 years, I decided on University of Natural Health to get my Masters degree. The school is not regionally accredited (like state colleges), but it is accredited. Private colleges may receive accreditation from other institutions/agencies. This does not mean their accreditation is not-legit (referring to some of the comments left here). It is your job to do your due-diligence before enrolling. If you are planning on getting a degree here and then transferring the credits to a state college, then the credits may not transfer due to having a different accreditation. I have went to several online schools and they have all been accredited, just not regionally accredited.

I found the classes to be very thorough and challenged me. I do wish that it had more case studies, but that's something they can change/add in the future.

This is a Christian school, so if you are not Christian, you may want to seek another school.

I decided to attend this school because it was flexible with my work schedule. My intention was never to become a nutrition counselor, I just wanted to complete the degree and have the knowledge for myself.

Overall, if you are passionate about holistic health, then I recommend this school. You will learn about various kinds of holistic dietary practices, methods, nutrition, foundations of knowledge, and ways to apply the concepts.

image Depends what you plan on using the degree for. I had a prior doctorate from a school I attended years ago in a separate field but I enrolled and am using it to supplement consultation for nutrition related services- as this isnt my area of expertise. Its good for people who arent looking to completely change career paths- or just want a degree in another area. It is an accredited university.

image My experience as a Graduate student from this University of Natural Health is A-1 Awesome. I Received my Doctorate of Philosophy in Holistic Natural Health and Nutrition, and Holistic Hygio Physician Degree. I am Board Certified with A.A.D.P., as a Holistic Health Practitioner, and also Certified Holistic Hygio Physician. The program offered the legal requirements and responsibilities of a natural health and healing practitioner, to effectively provide Nutritional Education, and Counseling to achieve optimal mental, physical, spiritual and psychological well-being. Holistic Natural Health and Healing; Holistic Natural Health and Nutrition, are both excellent programs.

image The fact that this school is not accredited by the United States Department of Education and it not eligible for federal grants make me very suspicious. This school doesn't seem legitimate to me.
I hope this school issues bonified diplomas. I hope that the University of Natural Health isn't just a diploma mill.
