The poorest excuse for a travel insurance company. BE VERY AWARE to read every word and every sentence in your travel insurance coverage plan. They will use every excuse to not pay the claim. Extremely unethical in my opinion.

I am not typically one to write reviews, but I felt that I needed to add my voice to this mix. This was the worst insurance experience I have ever had, especially when it came to customer service. They are not kind, not helpful, and surely not deserving of my business. I wish I had read these reviews before signing up. Trust me, it's not worth it!

Do not under any circumstances purchase insurance from this company. They will not cover any claim. My entire family had COVID-19 *and* had our trip delayed by an SAS airline strike in summer 2022-- during the same trip. Our trip insurance policy cost $1700. IMG covered zero. I dutifully submitted tons of documentation to support my legitimate claims. They kept questioning the documents and kept requesting more and more each time. I probably had 10 requests for additional information. Nothing was covered. I have purchased trip insurance probably 8 times and this was the first claim I have ever submitted in my entire life. Absolutely shocking.

Consistent with the other +/-100 reviews, by far the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. It has been 6 months since my daughter's claim and no end in sight! Tried to follow their instructions but no option on their website to do so, it was only after I sent screen shots they acknowledged their error(s), and believe me there have been plenty. Cell phone insurance coverage should be very straight forward, unfortunately not with this company.
