Lived here for a year in 2022-2023. Had multiple maintenance requests that lasted >6 months. Their excuse was that they had too many emergency requests to deal with. Some of my maintenance requests included completely broken concrete stairs. This made getting into my apartment every day extremely difficult. Management seems to not care about you.

This feels like the 3rd management company in the past year and they are easily the worst. Every communication sent is nothing but new rules and threats if those new rules are not followed. I have not seen them send a single email that wasn't about imposing something or asking for money. They NEVER answer their phones and they refuse to return calls. Maintenance is atrocious. My AC broke in the Summer. A tech came, took out the filter, said he had to do something, and then NEVER came back. I eventually had to go into the office the next day to retrieve an air filter myself. They never fixed our water, and our shower gets hot water for maybe 5 minutes at a time. There are STILL potholes in the ground that been around for 1.5 to 2 months. Trash is CONSTANTLY pilled up in front of the trash compactor, it's disgusting and the place smells awful. STAY FAR AWAY. I don't even want to think about how awful the moving out process will be.

Assistant Property Manager Kierra was very professional and helpful with my inquiry and tour of the apartments. She is very friendly and courteous.
