        This location sucks!!!! Very rude and disrespectful, the staff is rude just like the manager Dennis! He set a very bad example for his staff. The staff gives out false information(not trained well) and dont know anything about TMobile policies. Customers do not matter to Dennis at all. Dennis was arguing with a lady from customer service that was trying to help right in front of the customers in store. He stated that he is not giving out any equipment from his location because he is not getting paid, go to another location and slammed the door. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location, Go to a corporate location if you want great service.

        Becky was extremely helpful and friendly. She is a kind and honest woman. I enjoyed speaking with her while she upgraded me to the new iPhone, placed my screen protector on, and activated my phone.
