        Jace and Ron were PHENOMENAL with the customer service! They have the highest rating out of all of the others and it shows their service speaks for itself! I went to 6 different T-Mobiles and this was the only one with employees that were actually willing to help!

        This has to be the worst T-Mobile store I have ever been to. This store had no customers at all in the store. I went to simply pay my bill and the male employee pulled my account up and I went to pay and she said they don't accept cash. Of all things in this day age he said they do accept cash. With T-Mobile being hacked and personal information stolen a couple of times in the last year I do not feel comfortable using a credit or debit card so it could be stolen. Now I probably know why they have no customers. If you want to do business with me you will accept cash like other stores do!
