        DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! I went to this Prime Carwash in January 2024 for a simple exterior wash and interior vacuum. At that time I was asked if I wanted a membership and I said no. I then used my credit card to pay for that days service. I just found out today that for the last 2 months my credit card has been used to pay $120 for a membership. I called and spoke with the manager who said the only thing he can do is cancel the membership. I will now contact corporate. I will update with their response. Upon looking at reviews, several other people have had the same problem.

        There is no good service anymore. You have to tell them over and over to clean your car and they still wont listen. They just do little bit and they just leave the rest of as it is I think they have to be improve their customer service
