    Really great customer service. Even through all of strikes that have been going on, it was hard for me to get parts for my overland build that I am doing on my new 4Runner. Sometimes it hard to justify buying parts on my own but Premiere made purchasing parts easy and also convenient. I ended up getting some OEM TRD PRO style wheels for my new 2023 4Runner. I did not like the factory wheels and tires that came on my truck for this model year. I was able to get my wheels mounted, balance, and installed all in house. Would definitely recommend Premiere for Toyota truck modifications! I will be coming back soon to get my truck finished with them. Now I can pull my boat with ease with my upgraded tires and not those small OEM wheels and tires I had. Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

    Late 2017 I was in search of a shop that was/is a all in one shop with good customer interaction and havent looked back since. John runs the shop exactly how he would want himself to be interacted with if rolls were the other way around and the crew and him are family to me at this point. From something as simple as a quick wash to a very intensive full build they can do it all and do it all the right way no corners cut. Always recommended for any automotive needs.

    Update on prior review. Peter Kouch, service advisor contacted me via email and said he would send a check for $804.68. NO CHECK HAS BEEN SENT. This is a very dishonest company and I would not recommend doing business with them. Response from Premiere Auto: Considering all of the variables involved with both of us in this situation, I honestly feel it is unfortunate that you feel your experience with us has deemed a negative Google review from you and that youve elected to not remain a customer with us. Because of this, while our standard policy states that we do not accept returns on any special order item, I spoke to my manager and he has agreed to refund you for the full parts amount which is a grand total $804.68 that covers the rotors and pads that we ordered for you. Please let me know if this works for you and if you prefer to pick up a check from our facility or if you prefer to have us mail it to you instead. Update on business response. Peter is a very dishonest, deceitful business man. He has lied about the issues to save the company's good will. Customers will see through this. I had my vehicle initially checked by my dealer, Ed Martin. They confirmed the roders are warped and need to be replaced. Peter said he would drive my vehicle to confirm there is an issue. He never did and has continued to lie. He charged me $125 to check the issue in addition. If this business was a fair company they would have refunded my money as said in writing. They never planned to do so. I don't have the parts and can't take these parts to another auto shop due to their insurance liabilities. You must install the businesses parts where they are purchased. I don't have access to a mechanic. My father is deceased and as I have found out with this incompetent and dishonest business, you can't trust them and you find out their true intentions during the time of their workmanship. They have proved they are not of their word and want to take advantage of their customers. This isn't the way to build your business. Customers beware!!!! Make sure you know the business before paying any amount upfront. The work should be performed prior to your payment. Didn't happen and they probably would have damaged my vehicle or perhaps not applied the new roders, assuming I wouldn't know the difference..... Very dishonest businessmen and now I know why Peter wouldn't allow me to speak to the owner. Red flag!!!!

April, it is rather unfortunate that you have chosen to use negative Google reviews against us in an attempt to force us to refund you for parts that you no longer want. I also find it extremely disappointing that you are excluding numerous details in your review in an attempt to create a negative narrative about us and depict us as dishonest.You had an appointment with us in August to inspect the brakes on your vehicle, stating that you believed they were not working correctly. Our technician reported that there were no issues with your brakes, to which you disagreed and stated that you still wanted us to replace the rotors and pads. We recommended options from Power Stop, but you stated that you specifically wanted black slotted rotors from a brand that we do not stock. We required that you pay for the special order items upfront, in order to prevent us from losing money in the event that you decided to cancel your installation appointment. We originally scheduled your appointment for August 18th, but unfortunately had to reschedule it to the 23rd, a date that you selected, due to some items being delayed in shipping. On the 23rd, you failed to appear for your appointment, and later that day you called to inform us that unfortunately you were in the hospital and that you would call us at a later time when you were ready to reschedule and that you also needed the extra time to save up for the installation cost anyway. You finally called back 5 weeks later on the 28th of September requesting the 17th of October as your new appointment date. We agreed, but then later that day, you called back requesting a refund stating that you no longer wanted to have the service done. We informed you that based on our return policy, we could not refund you for the parts since they were special order items. It also clearly states on the liability form you signed and on your payment receipt, that "All sales are final on special order items". You then threatened us with negative Google reviews and with reporting us to the Better Business Bureau in an attempt to force us to refund you. Using Google as a means to threaten small businesses to cater to your unrealistic demands simply because you no longer want to do a service is extremely unfair. Even then, after thorough consideration, we decided to make an exception and offered you a refund. You accepted and we agreed to send you a check on Monday. We then found out from our credit processing company that you had already filed a chargeback with your bank to retrieve the money directly from them and the money was also immediately withdrawn from our bank account that same Monday that we were going to send you a check. For you to have your bank issue a chargeback for your refund in order to not only receive a refund from your bank, but to also receive an additional refund check from us is extremely dishonest and deceitful.Also for you to say that it was impossible to schedule an appointment with us, without mentioning the fact that you failed to show up for your appointment on a date that you selected, and then take another 5 weeks to finally call us to reschedule a new appointment date just to then ultimately cancel again, is definitely a very skewed presentation of what actually happened. And to call us dishonest when you attempted to get refunded for the same parts twice through your bank and through us is dishonest on your behalf. The fact that you have two separate Google accounts that you use for negative reviews, that both clearly show a history of you giving multiple local small businesses negative reviews when you don't get your way, is evidence that what you are attempting to do to our business is a regular occurrence with you. Other businesses may not take the time to respond to your false accusations, but as a small business with a solid reputation for the past 11 years, I refuse to let you abuse Google to force us to comply with your unrealistic demands.
