        Closed my account with no warning, call, or anything. I went to withdraw some money, just to find out my account was closed. To this day, I have no clue why. Ive never experienced that with any other bank.

        ATMs break down all of the time and money is never available when you need it. The tellers are rude. I was talking through the speaker and the teller cut the mic off so that she didn't have to hear me ask why the ATMs never work. This was a nice branch but now it is horrible. I am looking for another bank because of them. Update: 12/30/2023... This bank still continues to not fill up the ATM machine connected to the building (which is controlled by the tellers,while outside ATM is a third party vendor). That is just lazy especially right before New Year's.

        Slowest bank you will ever go to! Not sure how it takes me an hour to do simple task but it makes me never want to go to the bank because of it and it doesnt matter what time of day. Going to find a new bank
