Save yourself the time and money. It looks like I have wasted $450 with these crooks. They replaced a heating element for $450 and after just over 30 days, the exact problem of not heating resurfaced. The relay board also shorted out on the dryer wherein the drum constantly spins. Upon calling, I was told the element was past the 30 day warranty and I would have to pay a service fee. Its understandable but I was hoping theyd stick by their work and part. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was out and would call me back. The return call never came and after 4 more return calls, I was told each time the manager was out and would call me back. The call never came. The customer service lady is very rude. After explaining my case again, she was very condescending and called me hun. I asked her not to do that and she of course childishly called me hun before hanging up. Its possible the manager calls me back, at which point I would update this post, but I am not expecting a return call. This appears to be a horrible company with even worse customer service.
