        Very unhelpful. I brought the part in with me and he would not figure out what item it was. Lowes handled it instead.

        Folks griping about cost. It is normal to mark a product up at least 3 times. so a part that cost them $10 will cost us $30. I look at it as a convenience fee. My part is $13 ONLINE from EBAY, $26.80 at the store. I want it NOW so I will pay the convenience fee. The folks on the phone were pleasant enough. Retail normally marks it up at least 3 times to cover returns and make a profit. The government don't make it cheap or easy to run a business in Indiana... I'm ok with markup of 3 times as long as the final price is something I am willing to pay. If I do not like the final price, Their is a another shop down the road OR I can deal with shipping from online.
