        The staff at Ferguson is very knowledgeable about their products and work diligently to ensure you get the best appliance for your needs. Have purchased a refrigerator and double oven there recently.

        Spent over 10 grand on a JennAir stove. Arrived 6 months later and from the day it was installed it couldn't cook a frozen pizza. Took two months and 4 visits from technicians to fix it, but at least Ferguson was able to get JennAir to extend the warranty on the unit.

        A High End appliance store with ZERO ability or interest in assisting with service issues after sale! Immediate issue with one of 6 appliances purchased. Going on month 2.Ferguson only answer is, GE Service. Ferguson CANNOT (or will not) even help prioritize service, or offer alternative options! They secure the sale, cash the check, and send you off to survive on your own! I fully understand the manufacturer service, but the lack of empathy or willingness to assist is crazy! The worst part, if under warranty, cant even get a service provider on my own to come out. DONT buy from here, one-sided relationship for big $$$$$
