    I stayed in Ashbury Apartments for about 8 months. I had really good experience living here, the office staff and maintenance staff is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. The apartments is located very close to shopping and eateries. I would highly recommend staying in Ashbury Apartments.

    I am a paying resident entitled to gated parking. Despite this I arrived to find my designated parking spot occupied by another vehicle. Consequently, I parked in a vacant legal spot, typically reserved for offsite maintenance workers only during their onsite duties. To my dismay, my vehicle was subsequently towed from this lawful parking space without any prior notification such as a sticker, flag, or note. The retrieval cost amounted to $190. Upon contacting the leasing office to elucidate the situation, I was met with a lack of assistance and offered no resolution to rectify this unauthorized towing incident. This disregard for my legitimate concerns and financial burden is not only unacceptable but also indicative of a breach in the service standards promised as part of my tenancy agreement.

Thank you for reaching out! We are sorry to hear this happened. Dealing with a towed vehicle is always a stressful situation. We use a third party towing company called A Affordable Towing & Roadside who monitor the gated parking 24/7. As a result, any unauthorized vehicles are eligible to be towed at anytime. This includes tenants who pay for a designated parking spot, but are in an unauthorized parking spot. This is due to the fact that we have limited gated parking, so all residents must park in their designated spot. As a result, as always we recommend that tenants utilize the designated towing signs to call A Affordable Towing & Roadside to have the unauthorized vehicle in their designated towed so they can park. We also highly recommend you contacting your property manager so they can you advise you how to best handle this situation before parking in an unauthorized parking spot. Unfortunately all fees regarding towing are directly with A Affordable Towing & Roadside so we are unable to assist. Once they have towed your vehicle you must get in contact with A Affordable Towing & Roadside to see if any exceptions to the fee can be made.We apologize that we cannot assist with contacting A Affordable Towing & Roadside, but we ask that if you have any further issues with an unauthorized vehicle being in your designated spot to please contact your property manager immediately so we can assist at that time!
