Redwood Indianapolis

I loved the apartment, especially having a shower and my own garage. Due to mobility issues, being on ground level was really important for me. The leasing agents and maintenance staff all did a great job responding to questions or problems. The only down sides were sharing walls with other residents who slammed doors and cabinets so hard it rattled things in my place. You can also hear if anyone raises their voice. When the furnace or AC runs, it is so loud! You have to increase the volume if you're watching TV. One last minor thing is that it takes a long time to get hot water. It would have been nice to stay, but the rent was raised too high for me.

I had a good time at Redwood Apartment Homes. The staff was very friendly they explained everything to me and we had a wonderful conversation. I would recommend Redwood Indianapolis to anyone.

they dont provide anything other than living, no club house, a poor dog park filled with stones, terrible contact with the office. they never would answer a call or knock on the office door even when you could hear people talking inside. way overpriced for what youre getting from the whole redwood name. definitely wont ever stay here again nor will recommend it to anyone i know

They discriminated against black people. If youre black they will speak to you like youre a child. The lady with the man voice is the most condescending person I have ever met in my life. The manager has no idea how to handle confronting. police officer has come to my house for no reason, and when I asked the manager she couldnt tell me why he was there. I can go on.. youre better off somewhere else.
