I lived here from January 2018 until December of that year (11 month lease), and it was great. The apartment was a little dated, but I loved the proximity to downtown, broad ripple, and Fishers. The community was quiet, and I always felt safe, even when I got home at late hours—it’s really well lit along the paths. I only recall calling maintenance once, and it wasn’t a huge emergency issue, but they responded in a timely manner. There was always ample notice if they were going to change the vents or anything like that, and my neighbors were friendly. If you want a low-key place to live, I’d definitely check this place out. Oh, and they were great to work with when I moved out too. I was going to Boston for work, and it was super smooth. Got my full deposit back and all that. MMV but in my experience, Buckingham was a great landlord and their management team was super friendly!
