As someone whos experiencing living on their own for the first time, I couldnt have asked for a better first leasing experience. I originally came to 800 Capitol based on recommendations & quickly labeled this as my dream apartment. I made an appointment with Melia & the process from start to finish was great. She went out of her way to help me secure the apartment I wanted & even made sure to call me back when it became available. She was super professional, but it also felt like I was being helped by someone I already knew. I cant wait to move in & I have Melia to thank! :)

Do not waste your time with this place if you are depending on their online pricing to be correct!!! I applied for an apartment posted for $1250 and even had the receipt from the application to prove it. But when it came time for Melia to send me the lease, the rent suddenly said $1350. When I questioned this she quickly denied it and was insistent it was never that price. Additionally, the website says pet fees are $150 per pet but the lease said $250. I told her I would not sign a lease for more than was posted on the website and about ten minutes later the apartment had been reposted for $1340 per month (still not the price from the lease!!). Melia is a snake and is conning people out of more money!! And I firmly believe all of the amazing reviews about her are posted by her. Do not trust Melia!!
