Vistas Apartments

I was there for 10 minutes visiting someone My car was towed and there was no visible signs to explain that there was no parking or any information for visitors. I told the management about putting up signs and they said "it's up to the resident to tell you" totally irresponsible and unprofessional. For anyone looking for a place to reside this is not the place.

Staff is really nice, grounds are kept clean, easy access monthly payments, overall a 10/10. Ive been here since August and plan on staying longer

I stayed at Pangea Vistas for 9 years. I had to leave this property due to the growing crime and the unprofessional staff. I did have a month to month lease, but in May, they had raised my rent from $750 to 1350 in one month and neglected to notify me about the increase. I tried to contact the property manager by email about the increase, but she never replied back. On top of that there are rodents inside the walls. A rat fell through my downstairs bathroom ceiling. My father had to come and kill it. They said it was my fault even though i showed the pictures of the damage of what the rat did to the ceiling. They just said to contact maintenance and I did, but no one came. I had to take out a personal loan to move and now I'm in financial hardship because they hide behind Indiana landlord laws to justify their shady business practices.

I just wanted to give a shout out to my maintenance man Julio who did a wonderful job on my bathroom, as well as show respect for my home. This was the best experience I have ever had out of my 15 years of living in Pangea Vista Apartments big shout out to you Julio you rock I love my new bathroom thank you so much Pangea Vista rocks I love the management team the maintenance crew and my apartment thank you so much you are valued.
