So far, my experience with Buffalo Creek has been a pleasant one! Cassie has been great with answering my questions and following up with me about lease documents! The renovated unit I moved into is very nice. There were a few minor maintenance issues upon move in, but work orders were put in by the office immediately and maintenance responded quickly. I am hoping the remainder of my time here goes as well as move-in!

I work Night Shift, so I often have to sleep during the day. The constant renovations and often entering into my apartment drives me crazy. They are not at all willing to work around or accommodate my schedule. Theres often people speaking/working loudly or playing music right outside my bedroom window and that makes sleeping very difficult. Theres little to no respect for my privacy or needs.

Great community! Moved in not to long ago and so far super quiet neighborhood. They completely renovated my kitchen and it looks beautiful!! Has great amenities with a very nice gym and a dog park
