If there was an option for a 0 I would have clicked on it. Out of the 2/3 reviews we can speak personally that not only was my husband ignored for weeks on our tax preperation but Terry and Becky couldn't provide insight or answers and attacked a customer (Terry) when we paid the accountant to do a job she failed to do. As a result we have paid duplicated charges, the office needs to be inspected as it reeks of smoke, the team treated the customer poorly after neglecting to give us any answers of our taxes and how last years taxes was mismanaged. I will be reporting the business and filing a complaint with the owner of this business and Terry who verbally attacked me and cut me off. I highly recommend anyone do their research before considering such a toxic environment. You will never have our business and shouldn't be practicing in a smoke filled disgusting environment where you ignore and eventually belittle you client base.
