I found Rose on Google about 8 years ago, she had great reviews and I've used her as my accountant ever since!! She is the best! I refer all my friends and family to her!!!

Rose is the best in the Midwest! She has one of the most kind hearts and is one of the hardest workers Ive ever met. By Gods grace, I found her and she never hesitated to take me right in and get my taxes done right away! She is by far the best accountant Ive ever worked with and overall, just an extremely strong stand-up woman. Highly recommend!!

This has been the worst experience ever. My husband and I file taxes every year with HR Block but because we were looking for an accountant we wanted to give this company a try. She told us to come after May 17th and she would get our taxes done. We scheduled an appointment to bring documents May 26th where Rose promised to complete our taxes by May 28th. We not only didnt receive them on time but got nothing but excuses when we followed up with her on the progress of things. After texting her on June 8th to ask for some type of new time frame on when things will be done she responded with I wanted to have it to you yesterday and today but Ive been crippled with an email issue. So hopefully its resolved by tomorrow with my IT guy and I can get them over to you at least with whatever questions I have. On June 10th I finally receive an email with questions where she requested documents that were already given to her and asking for things that she doesnt even need. She scheduled an appointment with my husband for June 15th to go over the questions she had but when the time came she wasnt available because her son got into an accident yet another excuse. I sent her an email expressing my disappointment in this entire process-the lack of communication, the constant excuses etc. and this is the response I received- Bridgette, I am sorry you are disappointed. I am equally disappointed as I have had several challenges with my technology I pay a lot of money to not have. I am still not 100% up and running, so I think it is best at this time if you do go elsewhere. When Chad comes later today, I will give him all the documents. RUN AWAY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. FIND SOMEONE WHO GETS THE JOB DONE AND ON TIME. IF SHE IS THIS BAD WITH SIMPLY DOING TAXES I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW SLOPPILY OUR BOOKS WOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED.
