Twice we put our mail on hold because we were going to be out of town. Twice we returned with a mailbox full and some in the door. Not trustworthy service. Quit talking on the phone whiile delivering the mail and do your job you are paid to do.

They rarely answer their phone, and they continuously send packages to other facilities and on line all it says is your package is delayed. I did finally take to someone and that's the story I got. Also, this past Christmas I brought in my hand made cards (which are very fine consuming and expensive to make) and they were bulky, but still weighed under an ounce but the lady said to pay double for each card because not all they post offices machines weigh things at the same weight (pretty sure that's illegal) and since they were bulky they won't be able to put them through the machines. Well, apparently they still put them through the machines because about half the cards were damaged upon receipt and several people never even got their cards nor were they returned to me. I make cards every year and people expect them with updated pics of my kids, so obviously very disappointing and a waste of my time and money!

Let me start out by saying, the first 3 reviews I read about this place, were all negative. I can see why. The lady refused to take my mail. She suggested I go to the post office where the zip code matched the zip code on the envelope. She asked where I lived & why I was there. That lady is crazy. That's none of her business. She needs to stick to USPS business & not mine. I told her I already had to call the police on Morgan Park Post Office because they would not release my mail, now she was not accepting mail to cancel a subscription. These people need to be trained right. Thank you!

Terrible staff. I can't even say "terrible service" because I did not get the service that I walked in there for. I set up a passport appointment and whoever the lady was didn't want to help me, was yelling, being loud, ghetto and unprofessional. She was loud, belligerent, cut me off after asking me questions and when I was 2 words into answering would cut me off and yell. She was ghetto and had a foul attitude. Very unprofessional. And I came to my appointment prepared with all necessary legal documentation. I told her what each document was and she was asking "where the father is" "what is this?" to an obvious copy of the father's passport, and saying stuff like "well, I don't know if they're going to take this" to my legitimate legal documentation. She was unprofessional and just didn't want to help me. And I told her, you know what, no thanks and walked out.
