Maintenance did great, however it is concerning that they came into my apartment without prior knowledge. And items were fixed before I even turned in my inspection sheet .

While the location is fairly ideal for my wife and Is life and work schedule the biggest and most major complaints I have living here is the utter lack of concern from those in the leasing office to handle issues that are outside what maintenance should have to take care of. We have made several noise complaint calls about those around us being obscenely loud all hours of the night or having very loud verbal almost physical altercations in and around stairwells. When we got a reply from the leasing office it was only call maintenance
Im wondering how its something maintenance can fix. I fully understand that yes while living in a second floor apartment in a three story complex were going to hear a lot but Im only willing to tolerate so much. Constant banging on floors, walls, the yelling, and the constant blaring of music well after 11pm is unacceptable. Please try to find a way to spread the word that quiet time rules are and will be enforced or you will see law enforcement called out more and more often for all of the buildings when those of us that work and have to keep to a strict sleep schedule grow tired of blatant disregard for those around them.
