The dishwasher's drain was clogged. I hadn't used it since moving in, so now I needed it. The drain is now clear and I ran a wash thru to finish clearing the drain. It seems to be working better. Thank you

July 7, 2023 I notified leasing office that tenant above me was using her balcony as a kennel for her dog to use the bathroom and I wanted someone in management to call me to discuss. This act greatly surprised me because immediately to the side of our end apartments is a dedicated dog park. I NEVER got a call back from anyone; but instead got to watch on several occasions, a clear liquid (not rain) drip off the deck above and puddle exactly on my completely dry balcony top rail. I also watched and listened to weekend visits of boyfriend who I could hear brooming, scraping, and watched the pouring of water on the deck boards followed by the sound of brushing. The amount of waste that was either scraped, broomed, or washed down the gaps between the deck boards and onto my balcony is unimaginable. The last week of October AND first week of November 2023 I called the leasing office twice each day on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday asking that someone call me to address this issue. I NEVER HEARD BACK from anyone. In the morning before she leaves for work I can hear her footsteps go up to the balcony door, hear the glass door open just enough to let small dog out then shut. This routine also happens when she gets home from work and again before she goes to bed. EVERY DAY. On four occasions after she had walked away I poked the decking to make the dog begin barking which resulted in her returning, opening the door slightly and saying "potty".
