went to return a dress that didn't work out for me and for some reason on the receipt it had the last 4 numbers on my card wrong. I tried telling the employee that and she said she could only give me store credit since the card didn't match up. So I then pulled up my bank and yes it showed up where I made the transaction the same date and the same price I paid. It was something wrong on their end and I understand things happen but after I told the employee I didn't want store credit, she got an attitude and started being rude. She then gave me cash.I don't appreciate being treated how I was when I knew 100% the card I used and get treated poorly just because I would rather get my money back then have store credit.

In store experience was nice. Bought a $58 dress less than a week ago and wore it once. The material shredded in 2 different places. One spot was along a side seam and the other was just in the chest- never again.

The staff are very very rude! They stare at you like you are going to steal something! Never ever get greeted! They act as they own the store Staff are thieft too I went to return pants i bought almost a month ago It doesnt fit me so I went back on 02/29/24 to return/exchange. I ended up with an exchange with biggzer sice because i had no receipt and the pant was already on sale! I bought other dresses too And on sat, I only got a chance to look through my shopping bag and the pant was missing I went back to let them know, brought everything i bought back and I was told "The receipt says you received it..." like what the heck that proof anything They checked my bag and even accused me of taking the pant out Trying to get money from them lmao I was sick of their excuses and asked to check the camera right on top of the counter They said they are not authorized to do so Then whats the camera there for!!??? They even said my manager was there on the day i bought the pant but she was doing something else and she wasnt the one packing up for me The manager wasnt there I told them i'll come back on the day she is here then I plan on coming back and get the pant i paid for fairly with my money But I aint got no time for these thieft But if I ever get treated this way or know someone experienced the same thing I'll call the police on them and check the cctv with them So do ur job properly guys
