Catryce was very helpful today. I needed two pairs of shoes that wasnt out on the sales floor. She made it her duty to find both in the back. She didnt stop looking until she found both pair. She was very pleasant!! Thank you so much. You made my shopping experience a great one!

Cat was amazing!!! She got me right together for my trip to the Bahamas! A appreciate her. She also recommended different stores to me too which was a plus, because I was about to lose my mind last minute shopping.

I bought a pair of pants there in November and they were the wrong size so I went to the store to exchange them. They didnt have it in my size so there is ordered them after 12 days of not having any updated on shipment. I called the store to get an update and they said it would take two business weeks to ship which would be in two days so after The past I called the store again and they said they would look into it. They called me a couple days later, stating that they canceled my order because they didnt have my A full refund they only refunded me for my shipping. They didnt refund me for the $80 I spent on the pants it is now January 4 and Im still waiting for my refund and the manager is not getting back to me.
