I live in Pennsylvania but was in town for a football game. On the 400 mile drive here a tire on my Jeep began to leak. Due to the emergency circumstances I arrived at this Walmart at 7:00 am (opening time) to ensure I was first in line to get the tire replaced so I wouldnt have to worry about my long drive home. When talking to the employee about the tire I needed, I noticed no other customers showed up. Therefore I requested an oil change as well because I was planning on having that done the following week with my home dealership. The employee complained that I was there early and how they had appointments starting at 8:00, but that they would get the service done when they could. After I gave him my keys I went back to my hotel room awaiting a call when the service was done. Maybe 30 minutes later I was called by him stating they couldnt get the lug nuts off my Jeep. When I went back to the Walmart I offered to use my manual lug nut jack to attempt to remove them, they refused because of store policy. After that I sarcastically asked if they didnt change my oil because they couldnt get the lug nuts off for that. They responded by telling me they forgot to add that on the service order. Its obvious they were angry I showed up at 7:00 am without an appointment and refused service for my vehicle. A one star rating does not do justice to this establishment, I have give them negative stars if it was possible.
