        Lady at check in was rude and did not use the correct oil. Full synthetic is full synthetic not synthetic blend. No apologies, no let me do the oil change correctly no discount. You dont like your job then quit! Krystal needs to go every negative comment is about her time to get some new people who know customer service. Ive been with Firestone for 10 years one more off put like this Ill go to Belle Tire and close my card with Firestone.

        Yesterday I had my car serviced because Passenger ball bearing and tires also had them check. My AC told me they cannot get the stuff for the AC until Tuesday and my car was ready to be picked up. picked up my car on the way home. Water starts spewing out from underneath the hood because they lost my camp. I didnt even make it halfway home from the shop when I had To call a tow truck to take me home very upset very displeased. Ive had a lot of work done at this place and has never had a problem.
