Buckle

Hello Me and my husband are frequent shoppers in your buckle store in Greenwood mall, but we have noticed a change in the service that we have received and also the merchandise selection has changed. We believe the change is due to the racial discrimination. We have also noticed that there is not a African American employed at that store. I also tried to cancel a layaway over the phone, and was rudely advised no and hung the phone up. I know this store was not intent for African Americans, but since we can afford to purchase what we choose in multiples, the service should be better. IJS.

I retuned what I bought but the lady that did the refund was so rude even I said good morning before even I asked for return but she didnt reply and I said thank you when I finished also didnt reply, this is the customer service when the sale done they are great you and smile but if you return anything for any reason oh you will not get even have a good day.
