        Horrible customer service manager ordered the wrong jeans then blamed it on me and wanted to argue with me over it. Couldnt own up to her own mistake would rather cause a scene in the store. Then told me not to shop there anymore. No worries because of her that store has lost my business and I will make sure I spread the word. Ivannah is her name I believe.

        I have shopped this location for years and have always been pleased with the customer service until now.. the current staff is rude and is lacking in customer service skills. I love the Buckle but will NOT shop at this location anymore.
