Fifth Third Bank & ATM

I typically visit this branch multiple times each week. The staff knows me by name and is always friendly and helpful. Transactions are handled accurately and promptly every time.

Do not trust this bank with your money!   I transferred my money from my checking account to one of their Access 360 cards and it never appeared on the card.     They looked at my account and saw that two transactions were made transferring the money out but only one arrived.    They admit they can see the money transferred out but not onto THEIR other card and need 5 days to resolve.   I called in and asked for a supervisor and she was clueless and when I asked to escalate further I was told "I'm sorry but the call will go no further!"  What?  I have banked with this bank for several years and now they admit they lost my money but need 5 days to figure it out!!!  No way.   Do not bank here.  Do not trust them with your money.     This is a last in a long line of mishaps and I discourage others from finding themselves broke because their bank lost their money.   #BEWARE of FIFTH THIRD BANK! Yeah lol  Update:  to date the supervisor  I left a voicemail for has not returned my call.    Will continue to update.   Basically they have held my money hostage, refused to escalate my call.  Transferred me to a voicemail of a "supervisor" who has yet to return my call.     I am sure "0" interest will be paid and am convinced they have likely done this with higher dollar amounts and didn't return calls or pay interest on those either.      This is unsatisfactory and I am trying to figure out the next level .    Obviously it will be with the FDIC or something greater than the bank as apparently they don't care.      Will update as I go.I just got off the phone and Fifth Third claims they made a call out to me that the issue was resolved.   I rechecked my voicemails and missed calls.   This was a lie.      I work in a call center so for those of you who don't know , this day and age all calls are recorded.   Therefore, I have now escalated this higher as the person who claims to have called LIED and if he did not, they would have a phone call recorded and they will need to pull that call.  I filed a complaint with the bank but am looking to see who the governing source is that I file a FORMAL complaint with .  This doesn't end here.  Will update more as I go.
