i opened an account on line which is good.
i then went into branch and the teller was cold as cold could be. i ask question i needed answers for abs she gave me the impression i was wasting her precious time.
then i ask about the drive up hours and that was when i found out they closed it down a few years ago.
i will not be going to this branch because of the reception i got and no drive up teller.
I’m thinking about closing my account .
i’m going to the Branch on 135 because of the drive in .At least that’s what there advertising says.

I live at least an hour away and I need to speak to someone at that branch. They never answer their phone😡

Very poor service we came to open new account made us wait for 3 hrs then ask to come back 👎
