Terrible from day one. Worst customer service whether on the phone or in the branch. Condescending when I opened the accounts. Condescending when I closed them. Always 100 questions about where I got my money when Id deposit, why do I need it when Id try to withdrawal it. Everything is archaic and difficult. Call ahead for withdrawals over 5k to see if they have the cash to cover it. I run multiple businesses I dont have time to ask the bank if I can have my own money back. Constant problems with debit cards and phone customer service yelled at me for asking how to make the problems stop. Wait times of 20 minutes or more for phone service. They literally get mad at you for trying to solve their mistakesand oh my god dont even try to do an international wire in a branchlots of sighs and eye rolling, then you basically have to tell them how to do it because they dont know how and then they get irritated at you for knowing how. The list goes on.

Cannot seem to get my deposits into my account. Several times now. They have deposited several thousands of my dollars into other people's accounts. Just can't trust them to get the job done correctly.
