        Called with a tub drain problem. We knew it was going to be a big one. We live in a 200 yr old farm house. We knew it was going to have to be replaced and not just fixed. The crew was here within 2 hrs of my initial call. It took them 3 hrs but they put in a whole new drain pipe! Made sure all the drains in the bathroom had no leaks and was draining properly. Very nice guys. They work good together and get the job done! Thank you for giving us back our shower. 4 days without that luxury is not fun!!

        Referred by home warranty program. Was supposed to call within 24 hours. Never called. My wife called and was told they would call right back, shes still waiting on their call. I called the next day and was told by the lady that answered the phone that she personally would call me back by the end of the day. Im still waiting alongside my wife. Can only do a review based on honesty and integrity and on that alone they receive a failing grade.

      Hi Eric,I do apologize, however I was never made aware of the call. I always make sure I follow through with all of my appointments with all of my clients. The call was set up through the home warranty program which is who informed you I would be reaching out. I was never dispatched and made aware of the call otherwise I would reached out directly in a timely manner. This is not how I ever do business and I value all of my clients and I always want to make sure all of my clients are satisfied.
