Place 1-3/8 x1-3/8 piece of vinyl in the bottom rail. If they are not marked the rail with this piece is the bottom rail(I’m assuming this is the piece of plastic you are taking about)both rails a identical besides the 1-3/8 that is to be inserted into one of them2. Grab bottom rail( one with the 1-3/8 inside) and a screwdriver. Start to spread the slot and insert the bottom corner of the sign into the bottom rail. Then gently work all of the bottom of the sign in using your screwdriver.3. Repeat this step with top rail.4. Once sign is in both top and bottom rails begin to slide into one of the posts. Start with the bottom rail then pull the top rail up to match with top rail hole on the post5. Repeat with other post.6. Grab ratchet strap and strap posts and sign together(around sign) so everything is tight and won’t slide apart during installation.7. Install top plates in the top of the posts. With the thin plates provided and the 5/16” self taping screws. (This locks everything in)8. Dig holes same depth to fit posts9. Place sign in holes and plumb up10. Add concrete and backfill11. Level sign by placing a wood 2x4 on top of the posts and gently tap the post down till everything is level9. Remove ratchet strap10. Install caps (place some silicone on each cap so they will not blow off in the future)11. Slide sign down onto the 1-3/8 x1-3/8 piece in the bottom rail.12.
