        Went in with a semi-complicated issue: had to verify my ID and I was reactivating a recently closed account and porting a new number into it. None of my information matched my current stuff since I had just moved across the country earlier this week. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but whoever helped me was patient and kind in having to call into a phone rep to get everything all sorted. It took about 15 minutes - which is no time at all considering all the stuff that had to be done, and I walked out working and happy. Great location!
