Called to get a repair done that Mopar (makers of Jeep) told me to schedule. Was ignored twice when I left voicemails. Then called today and finally got to talk to someone who said "we aren't taking new clients". Never heard of that with a car dealership. How do you sell vehicles if you don't take new clients? How are you even in business? A little kindness goes a long way.

If you want a service that keeps you updated on your vehicle and a SHOP MANAGER who returns your calls, then this is not the place. They had my vehicle for a month. I was told last Wednesday it would be ready for pick-up, it wasn't. I was told Thursday for sure, it wasn't, and the same for Friday and Saturday, which again it wasn't. When the shop manager FINALLY called me back Saturday morning, he said it still needed alignment done to it. He told me that he would personally call me himself come Monday morning and I never got his call. I left Voice mails, "not friendly ones". And still no response. They called my husband today, told him that they couldn't do my alignment due to a hose attached to my air ride. My husband said that it could be done, because we had it done 3 weeks prior to drop off. We told them regardless of them fixing it or not, that i would be picking it up today. Needless to say, they were able to do the alignment, they were just after more money. Jacob the young man in the shop who helped us as much as he could was FANTASTIC, he knew I was frustrated with all of this. And still nothing from the manager. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere eles.
