      image The lady here was pretty rude. I came 2x trying to update my address. Each time I was told I had the wrong thing to update it. Come to find out, I could have gotten it done the first time and second time if she would have taken the time to actually figure out what I was asking to do. Didnt really feel like she was trying to help me at all and just push me out. This happened both times I visited. Once when it was very busy and the second when I was the only person in the office, so traffic wasnt the issue.

      image This location is extremely slow. They need more staff or to figure out how to speed things up. It shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes to drop off a pre labeled package.
