Close to an area where you can get food, it has its own restaurant. Breakfast is not included currently 13 dollars and all you can eat. Staff there is very friendly. The beds are a bit firm but not rock solid. There is not much in terms of satellite TV but enough to get the job done. Rooms: Beds are a bit firm, but clean, and modern. Food & drinks: They have a restaurant with a full bar. Decent but not upscale.

Made my reservation online via the app. Check in went fine, room was clean and nice. Got a call from front desk to the room phone that I needed to come back down and give them credit card information again. The front desk somehow didnt know who I was or how I got into the room I was in. They had given someone else the room I just checked into? After 10 minutes on the phone with front desk, I was able to hang up and take a shower. Then I received another call from the front desk which I couldnt answer. Headed back to the front desk, and was then receiving a call on my cellphone when I arrived at the front desk, from the front desk. Spoke with front desk and gave my information again, and thought everything was taken care of. Came back to my room at 6pm the next day and keycard wouldnt work. Went downstairs to talk with front desk. After about 10 minutes another guest came down and handed his keycard to the front desk which I saw had my room number on it, and said theres someone elses things in that room. Which were my personal belongings. Finally, after a painful 10-15 minutes at the front desk I was asked for a credit card again and another keycard and was able to get back into my room. Luckily, none of my personal items were stolen, but my privacy was invaded by a stranger. Nothing like sleeping in a hotel room that the front desk is handing keycards out to like candy! Staff kept blaming First shift for the mistake, which was not their mistake but her own, for changing the reservation to one night, then marking me as a no-show. Getting my receipt the next morning was another nightmare. Wrong rate, wrong total, not under my Diamond account, no stay points added, and another unhappy guest behind me frustrated with the staff. The first shift staff were very nice and did their best to remedy the situation and did eventually get me a receipt so that I could be reimbursed from my company. Safety: Keep the deadbolt and physical door stop on the door if you want privacy.
