    The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. We were traveling with our dog and they even gave him a Milk Bone. The rooms were updated and clean. Breakfast was great, as well. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. The only negative were the pillows which were small, more like a throw pillow. They were comfortable enough, but a bit too small. Great location and we found the room to be quiet.

    Let me leave another review WITH the confirmation number included413266012 Mr. Townsend PLEASE see the pictures I have included to make things more simple for you. Your hotel agent was CLEARLY in the wrong. I dont expect handouts I expect to get what I book and pay for! My wife booked a king handicap accessible room thru the BW app and got the confirmation emailed to her. We went to the property and they put me in a double. I asked to be moved to a king handicap accessible and was told I didn't book a king and would need to pay $20 more. I showed him my confirmation that was emailed to me showing a king handicap but he refused and was very rude to me. I asked for a manager and he told me he was the manager. We had words and he promised a refund of to my card and had me leave the property. The receipt he gave me even shows a KING room which I was told I couldn't have without paying more. I have screen shots of everything I booked and what was provided to me. I am a Diamond member with Choices and Wyndham. I was only staying again at this hotel because I stayed there 1 other time before. I will never stay at another BW again because of this mans actions. I went next door to the Comfort Inn South and stayed there. I should have booked there to begin with. Stay clear of this hotel!

    Best Western has been amazing. My family and I just moved here and it's been hard the past couple weeks as I am injured. The staff have been amazing and so very kind. Great place great people great location. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you to all the staff your all AWESOME! Rooms: Are nice size and exceptional clean and very comfortable. Safety: I have felt very safe and secure. Walkability: Everything is close. Restaurants, Shops and mini malls. Lots of great places to eat. Food & drinks: Always something available 24/7 and breakfast is delicious.

Mr gentry:I reviewed the email you sent me and there is no confirmation number on there. You booked a room with 2 double beds. A king is an upgrade. You paid a cheaper price for the room and then were demanding to upgrade to a king for free. We would have gladly moved your rooms if you would have paid the price of a king room. You cannot order a new York strip and then claim you wanted a Filet Mignon and then get mad if they say they will still give you the filet if you pay the extra amount it is for a filet. Ms Gann:You booked directly on the best western website using points. Never once did you talk to us before booking. Directly on the website it says "jetted tub. " We do not claim it to be a hot tub and put jetted tub on the website for that reason. You did not even pay for the room as you used points. Thanks Joe TownsendGeneral manager
