Not that this review matters....but...
Ordered some pesos for an upcoming trip to Mexico. Asked the teller if my husband could come and pick it up. She said she'd put a note with his name. Husband went in to pick it up. Couldn't get it. And they wouldn't call me to verify.
Plus they didn't call me to tell me the money even arrived like they were supposed to.

Came in close to closing on a saturday and was gossiped about amongst the employees for my timing and what i was asking for. I had non cash transactions and was out the door by 1:02. Had a specific question to ask about my late mother and her accounts that the teller could not simply answer directly. I was confused with my experience due to the lack of directness with his answers to me. No is an okay answer, ambiguity is not. Having worked for Chase bank for years, I was dissappointed with this service and the lack of respect.

Savings interest rates are a joke, they've closed local branches so sometimes now you have to drive for miles to find one. Employees are very friendly and nice, but that doesn't help my money or drive time. I'd consider looking into a credit union if your looking.
