The good news about this branch the branch manager was very courteous the bad news about this branch they don't have enough staff to make night deposits during the day there is no call no show multiple occasions I'm going to take my money to another branch one of the staff members at the branch has a very nasty attitude

Loan officer, Kimberly Bruce, is a terrible person. I have had a stroke so I get confused and dont understand things all the time. I tried to tell her this but she yelled at me so loud over the phone that other people heard her across the room. She told my husband I wa trying to be sneaky about things. This really hurt my feelings. She is just an awful person.

As a commercial customer, we have found Flagstar's staff to be very helpful and able to address the needs of our organization. From handling special requests, deposit box service, processing our PPP loan, to answering questions on our account, we have had great service.
