Too many fees

We moved from out of state in December. We left a fantastic federal credit union that offers so much for free and their whole goal is to see families do well financially. They offer insurance policies, a low 7.7%  fixed rate not attached to prime credit card, and 1.95% car loans as well as 2.8% mortgages for folks with great credit ratings.  There is literally a fee for everything under the sun here! If you open an account and close it before 6 months is past there is a $25 fee! We are staying with our out of state credit union. They are tech savvy enough to make that easy! This review is for the Old National Bank at 9898 Illinois Rd.

I called like I have before, I didnt have any problems the first time I called. I called because I wanted to know how much I had in my account because my mobile account login isnt working and I wanted to schedule to come in and get that fixed so I can get a working login after being told how much was on my card. The lady on the call wouldnt tell me because she said she needed to know my social security number, I dont have it memorized or have it on hand with me. So then I told her I need to go get it and she says I can not help you. I had no problems the first time calling in to ask until she refused to tell me. The first time I called I wasnt even asked for my social security I was asked for a deposit number so thats what I had with me. If what she did was for security purposes I dont understand it because the first time I called in I had a good encounter I gave her the number she asked me for and a few security questions and I was told how much was in my account. I think what she did was rude, and if they were able to tell me with my deposit number why wouldnt she let me use it again to find out.
