My husbands battery died in his truck. He called Arcola Auto Care and they took care of him that same day!!! They even brought him back home after he dropped his truck off!!! And they gave him a discount for being a veteran! I just cant say enough about how happy we were with the entire experience! 100% recommend!!!!!

The battery died on my car. I have no support out here as I live far from friends and family that would be able to help. I live right down the street from AAC. Mark drove over within minutes and jumped my car. He even drove me back home. This far exceeded any customer service I have ever received anywhere. This is what a friend or family member would do and he did it without knowing me. My car had a new battery in it within hours. Im impressed. I will continue to use AAC in the future!

Took my 2012 Cruze to Arcola Auto Repair for an oil leak, I was told the Oil Filter Housing needed replaced at the tune of $2250.00 because an I quote a whole bunch of pipes needed to be removed to get to the Oil Filter Housing. So on a hunch I called Berry Bunker Chevy in Marion IN, to get a 2nd quote, the certified Chevy Dealer gave me a quote of $750-$900 ish. However they said that they had serious doubts that it was the Filer Housing but more than likely an oil ring on the fill cap, they suggested I run the car thru the carwash a few times with underbody wash and come in and have the o-ring and cap replaced @ $8.00 which I did and the leak is gone. I called back to Arcola to inquire about pics or videos or any documentation that they took do support theyre findings. In sum Arcola Auto Care are either incompetent or scam artist, you decide however I would never take another vehicle back under any circumstances. Wish I could leave 0 stars.
