Good place to stay bad maintenance team

We are so glad we chose to move into this community. The amenities alone are worth the stay, but the entire package is pretty great. It's quiet, I feel safe here, the apartments are great and their maintenance team is the best! My dog is especially happy here!

Cindy was absolutely amazing! She provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the property, friendly and had a very positive attitude! She made me feel at home .

It has been 2 months since we moved out and well past the 45 days and still have not been refunded our deposit. Ive called and called and can not get anyone to answer the phone or tell me anything about when I will be receiving my deposit. They leave me no choice but to get an attorney involved.

Overall, they have lots of amenities and apartments are nice besides some wear and tear. I moved in about 3 months ago and went to the office for some fixing that needed to be done. Only 2 of them were done out of the many. Some things they still havent fixed is one of the sinks dont drain in the bathroom, the bathroom fan doesnt work, I have a 2inch gap on my bathroom door so you can see right through when someone is going to the bathroom and etc Just things that you would expect to be working before you move in. l had ants sprayed for twice and need the apartment sprayed again. Have tried different at home remedies and kept food covered and dishes clean to keep them from appearing again, but they keep coming back. When you try to call the office, no one ever answers. Will call multiple times in a row and multiple times throughout the day but no one answers. This causes me to go into the office and when I go in, i see employees talking to each other or sitting on their computers not dealing with a customer.
