I've lived here 7 months now. The staff is amazing. The office staff is real quick to help. The maintenance staff are real quick to do any repairs needed. A time limit of no more than 4 hrs on a the same day within reason. I had a dishwasher emergency the day before Thanksgiving and they were here in about an hour. The dishwasher was holding water even though I wasn't able to use it. They had to give me a brand new one. That took a few months because of backorder. Everyone is extremely friendly. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Tell them I referred you if you fill out an application.

I currently live here and been living here for a year now honey all I can say is make this the last place you move to. They say they abide by Section 8 rules (because they have their own section 8) BUT THEY DO NOT! All they care about is MONEY! It's so expensive to live here YET they don't have a pool, the gym equipment is ran down or just don't work at all, and the ceilings need repaired! I could really keep going! They WILL tow your car if your plates are expired even THOUGH they are NOT authorities nor are my plates 6 months expired! I called the office to complain about the expired plates thing and all she can tell me is "You don't have to park your car here" LOL 2023 has been a rough year and I'm pretty sure for a lot of people but they don't give a DAMN as long as the rich man is getting paid! I will for sure be GONE when my lease is up!
