They dont answer there phones. Like I was on the phone and it was continuously ringing for 5+ minutes??

My little guy came in here with little hope of making it. His disease (Panleukopenia) was rare and brutal. The team gave him everything they could and it looked grim for a while. Im happy to say that I have a healthy kitty home safe now. Paul and I are so grateful for all of the work VCA Advanced Care did and hes got a long and happy life ahead of him now!

I have been taking my cat to VCA on 86th for his primary care for 2 years, so when we had a late-night-weekend emergency I took him here. I am incredibly grateful for the great care we received. They took all the measures necessary to help my cat and did so quickly. The vets kept me updated twice a day when he had to stay overnight with them which was such a comfort. If you end up needing emergency care for a urinary blockage I highly recommend this location!
