I hired them to install ADT alarm system at my home. On phone these guys promised quick service. On the day of installation, they told me that it will take them about an hour to install the system and I gave them time accordingly. They were at my home for more than 3 hours and still didn't get alarm installed. I had to literary tell them to go at 9:00PM and come back next day to complete the job. They came back again next day and took another hour and a half to complete the work. Alarm they installed didn't work properly and after 4 months of back and forth calls, real ADT people showed up and fixed the alarm. So I was paying monthly charges without service at home.
On top of everything, every 15 minutes one of the guys kept trying upselling stuff.
On the day of installation they told me that they will send me $200 in gift cards ($100 for new installation advertised on their website and $100 for the troubles they caused). I kept waiting for them and after a month or so called them. They told me that I have to fill a form and send them a check for $4.95 as "Professional Service Charges" to ship me gift cards. I sent them check as soon as I got the paperwork. After couple of months when I didn't receive any gift cards, I called them. I was told that they can issue gift cards only with first "30 days" of installation. They even refused to refund $4.95 they charged me to tell me that they are not going to give me gift wards.
These people lied repeatedly every time I called them, poor workmanship and have no ethics. Beware of their smooth talking.
