Chris did an amazing job at selling our house. You want a realtor to recommend a fair price, to be upfront with you, and to close the deal swiftly. Chris did all of that. He recommended an excellent price and had showings and subsequent bids almost immediately. What stood out for me was his patience with his sellers. We arent pros at this process, but Chris spelled everything out very clearly, and set the right expectations upfront. Every little detail was considered, and you can certainly tell he has sold a lot of houses before. He is very experienced. Though Im sure he had many houses that he was helping buyers and sellers pick out all at the same time, he sure made it feel like we were the only ones. He was extremely responsive to our requests and getting an accurate response back quickly. My husband and I had an excellent experience with Chris. You can tell he is very good at what he does. I will absolutely call him first for any house transactions moving forward, as well as recommend him to all family and friends that are looking for a realtor. Thank you Chris. If youre in the Indianapolis area and have considered building a home, Ive got a guy. His name is Chris Fahy, a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway. Hes more than your typical realtor though. Hes a former home builder and comes from a family of home builders. His knowledge of the business is unparalleled. We are in the home building process ourselves. Weve had numerous meetings with our builder. Chris has attended EVERY meeting. His knowledge has been invaluable on the hows of building a home. Chris showed incredible patience as we searched for 1 1/2 years, knowing we wouldn't move unless we found something extraordinary. Thanks to him, we now get to live in this stunning home that definitely feels like forever. He really took care of us with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one.
